How to forum: Xbox360/Router

Xbox360/Router

I want to set up 2 wireless routers one for one xbox and one for the other. Is there any suggestions on how i could do this?

you need two routers? One modern router will handle both devices. But if you really want to or need to, do a Google for router as a WAP. Be prepared for headaches.

Be aware that gamers and wifi are a poor combination. Get wired if you can to avoid the usual troubles. In fact the reason you asked is likely because you are having the usual wifi troubles since when wifi works it has more than enough to support 2 xboxes.

But if you insist the ROUTER AS A WAP tells you how.

well i have a cable modem so is there a way to connect the two routers one for just internet use and use the other one as a switch or something? possibly bridge both of them together
