How to Make My IE Page Full Size

After doing a Microsoft update when a new window opens it is half the size of the screen and I have to drag the sides to make it larger. Isn't there a way to do this in Internet Options or somewhere?

Go to my site here http://www.wayne2.net/software/software.htm and download the IE New Window Maximizer. Install it and IE will open every page full screen.
