Are there any free web design programs that are free for Mac

I have a Mac computer and I wanted to find out if there are any free sites to create a web page. I looked over Ning but it seems you have to pay for it now. Any suggestions? I also have an HP but it is kind of old so I thought about just using the Mac to make the page

Kompozer & Wordpress

I don't if "Kompozer" would work for Mac users but I always recommend to utilize Worpress and their theme editing tools

It ships with every Mac and can be used to create websites that are not necessarily hosted on mobile.me
