Can someone from AVG answer my question please ?

I recently installed the free addition of the AVG 2013 programme on my laptop (I should point out I am housebound and living on very limited funds ) everything seemed fine until the following day' my computer start-up time had reduced dramatically' web pages either froze or were being lost at a alarming rate ,browsing was very droggy and the only thing fast about my computer was how fast browsing was now becoming, in fact it was now a nightmare trying to do anything . I saw no other alternative but to try to uninstall AVG ' I had not experienced these problems beforehand ' for some reason I found I was unable to rid myself of AVG nothing I tried worked, after my eighth attempt trying to uninstall the programme failed I tried to use my system restore point' again each attempt failed nothing was going to remove AVG from my computer ( the time I spend on my computer is very limited due to health issues) due to determination I was able to remove a good 80% of the programme from my laptop (which continued to have major problems) due to still experiencing problems I opened system restore but I was shocked to see all restore points prior to installing AVG had vanished. I did contact customer services about the problems I was having, when I was given a reply I was angry when I was offered a programme from AVG for a fee of £14.99 which I was assured would return my computer to tip top state' if AVG are able to correct problems caused by it's own free additions' surly the correct thing for AVG to do would be to fixed problems caused by themselves would be too help fixed the problems "Free of charge" as I mentioned I am housebound and I depend on my laptop as it is my link to the outside world ' even though I now believe I have managed to rid my system of files from AVG it would not surprise me if there were some hidden files lurking deep inside my system somewhere.
AVG should be ashamed of it's self instead of causing problems for anyone unable to pay for the full addition the programme should be removed or the problems which cause the errors should be removed' the whole idea behind AVG was supposed to help stop computer viruses ...and "not cause them" AVG have become just as bad as the dangerous sites AVG was designed to help us avoid. It now seems AVG have become greedy and willing to scam people unable to pay ' either withdraw the "free addition" or fix the problems in files
