Horrible customer service

I bought a two year contract but my computer crashed and I had to buy a new one. I contacted AVG tech support to install my paid for service on my new machine and after several tries I still have no AVG, but they still have my money. Had I checked the Better Business Bureau first, I would not have gone with them in the first place because they had an "F" rating and a plethora of similar complaints. Bad, bad experience.
