How do I prevent access during a removable device scan?

Hello,

Security has always been a concern to me, especially when it comes to USB drives.

When I insert the disk into the computer, AVG scans the removable disk for viruses. However, I can still access the files on the disk during the scan. How do I prevent this? Thank you.

Hi Michael45512,

Please be informed that AVG does not block access to any drive during scanning. Your computer is protected by Resident Shield while opening files from your USB drive.
