AVG Resident Shield is saying the file named F:\HSMSetup_Global.exe is a threat. It says it may be due to an unknown virus Win32/DH{QSAIV04}. It is a file brought up by a new "htc one x plus" phone that is detected when I tried to load the drivers. The first time I plugged the phone into the pc it worked fine. Now a virus alert pops up and the phones storage does not show up in explorer. It looks like the phone sets up a virtual optical drive. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit service pack 1. Everything works fine when I run it on my Windows XP work computer which is also running AVG. Is this a false positive?
Any help is appreciated!
Thank you,
Ian
