AVG 2013 Update - Trojan Horse SHeur4.ESE Found

I updated from AVG 2012 to the 2013 version a couple of nights ago. I ran a full scan and it found a virus called Trojan Horse SHeur4.ESE located in C:\ProgramData\Marcovision\FLEXnet Connect\6\ISUSPM.exe(3724).
I'm confused as 2012 never picked up on this, it only happened when 2013 was installed but also AVG has found this two nights in a row in the same place, deleted it but it's back.
Now I know next to nothing when it comes to running reports and all that jazz so some help with this would be greatly appreciated (ideally with very simple instructions!) - is this something to be concerned about? Can't I just remove the folder/programme? And why find it now?
