AVG Sales & Tech Support Woes

Hi,
Wondering if anyone here has switched AWAY from AVG based solely on their crappy sales support.
My dilemma is as follows:
I fly into a remote client site on Friday evening with about 20 hours of upgrades and renewals to install. One of my tasks is to renew AVG license. These licenses were purchased in 2010 (v9 license, 9ASMB-blah-blah). When I go online to renew, AVG renewal site barfs up error message:
->Upgrade not possible
->It is not possible to upgrade this license number. For further assistance, please contact AVG Customer Services.
I call AVG tech support and I am referred to AVG Sales (tech support cannot field renewal questions). AVG Sales is closed on weekends and I am told to call back on Monday. I fly out on Sunday evening.
What's worse is I go to AVG's Business Support website (http://www.avg.com/ca-en/customer-support-business) and click on the Chat link there. When tech comes online, I get response "Sorry, we can only handle AVG Home Edition questions. Please call our Sales Support.
I don't have remote access to the site (client privacy & security prevents remote access). I have tried explaining to every AVG support person that I am running in circles but they just keep passing the buck.
I have 35 such sites, minimum 20 computers per site, and each site must be upgraded/worked on between Friday night 10:00 p.m. and Sunday night, midnight. Looking for an antivirus/security software company that when I need to renew Saturday night at midnight, I can do so without fail.
Really, I have never had a company create so many roadblocks and excuses when I can cash in hand and just wish to renew.
