Problem with AVG

Problem with AVG PC Tune Up recommended by AVG to help with keeping PC tuned up. Frustrated with operation of the tune up program, I decided to uninstall AVG and the Tune Up. I would then re-install AVG without the Tune Up to see if that would make a difference. While doing the process, the computer decided to bring up the blue screen of death and commence to empty memory. I immediately shut it down. I could use some feed back on this issue in order to keep from having to shut down my PC this way and possibly damaging my hard drive.

You can fill this feedback form, which goes directly to our product managers.

Can you please describe the issue in more details? (when the BSOD occured, etc.)

If during AVG installation, please gather AVG installation logs, MSinfo32 output and latest minidump file from C:\Windows\Minidump folder, upload it in an archive (zip file) to favorite online storage and provide us with link to it, so we can analyze the situation.
