Help with download

I am new to AVG and I have gone to the site clicked download. Goes to Initializing installation and then there is nothing after that. The download only takes a few seconds which I thought was weird. What am I doing wrong? Please help

Hello TuckerJames401,

please gather screenshot (of latest available screen), AVG installation logs and MSinfo32 output, upload it in an archive (zip file) to favorite online storage and provide us with link to it, so we can analyze the situation.
