AVG forum: SPAM Report - false

SPAM Report - false

I just upgraded to AVG 11 - it is not catching any of the spam. Also, when I mark something spam, a message goes to my Sent folder and states "SPAM Report - false". This never happened on the previous version. Is there some setting I need to look out for?

Any questions concerning the Pro either Trial or Paid for version should be directed at AVG's Tech or Sales support, who have enough tools to help you with this situation, on the main website http://www.avg.com/ww-en/support-existing or http://www.avg.com/ww-en/support-sales.

In order to better analyze your situation please provide us with Msinfo output.
