AVG installer error code: 0xE001003D

I do not use a proxy server.
Get above error code with error message:Specified file not found. An invalid control file has been received. Please try again later.
Context: Initialization of AVG online installer.
System info:
Windows vista/internet explorer 8
Using home dsl wireless internet connection

Please try to install with full installation file instead of download manager:

ive tried both options downloading from main page.. and i have tried to download frm the 64 bit link

i have used avg for years but on a different laptop

this is a brand new laptop im trying to install to windows 7 64 bit
an it keeps sayign your installer files are corrupt

help!

Hello,

Please try to download the installation file on another computer and run installation from flash drive.

If it still fails check your harddrive and memory for errors:
