AVG Resident Shield Alert - Virus

Resident Shield Alert pops up with 4 Trojan horse Generic 19.AEEW

Nothing gets rid of them. I ran the Free AVG scan. I ran it again in Safe Mode. I downloaded Spypot ran it in regular mode and safe mode. It did get rid of about 17 trojans that AVG did not, but I am still left with 4 Trojans.

On the AVG pop up screen - selecting REMOVE SELECTED INFECTIONS has no effect whatsoever.

Can anyone help?

Please update your AVG and perform a full system scan in safe mode.
Provide us with the scan results:
