Problem with downloading free Avg antivirus onto Win2000

I am not able to download AVG free antivirus onto my computer.
I keep getting an error message saying the AVG download manager has encountered a problem. Message acess denied (error code:0XE0010058)

Operating system is Windows 2000
Computer is a Precision 450 Desktop Single Xeon 2.0GHz/533MHz
1.0GB DDR66 Dual Channel Memory 2x512
