License number for free AVG

Hi.
trying to load the basic free version and it keeps asking for a license number that should have come from 'email, registration card or retail package label'. What's up with that?

Hello,

Please make sure that you are using correct installation file:
http://free.avg.com/download-file-ins-afg-free

AVG Free installation should never ask for license number.

As Dusan told above, you don't need a license number for the free version of AVG. Maybe you downloaded a wrong version.
