Error Message with AVG Free 9.0 setup

I have windows xp.
Tried to download this 2 times, and after the 1st time, I removed all AVG from my system.
This is the error message: 0xE001C065

This is the 2nd time error message: 0xE001C064

We have no other protection software at the moment, as we had to restore Windows completely.

Please help.
