What type of cooling pad do I need? (Toshiba Satellite L450)

I would like one that I can have on my lap while using my laptop. My laptop has an Intel Pentium III Xeon, 2100 MHz (8 x 263). It sometimes gets up to 70 degrees Celsius, which I would imagine is a bit too hot. My laptop intakes air from the bottom, on the left hand side near the back (as in near the screen) and blows it out the left side. So I know I would need one that does not blow air away from the bottom of my laptop, because it intakes air from the bottom. Basically I am asking what kind I should use so that it can sit comfortably on my lap and help keep my laptop cool.

http://us.toshiba.com/computers/laptops/satellite/L450 does not show any model with the Pentium III or Xeon CPU.

Now that you have your specifications for a cooling pad, what did you find at Best Buy or other stores?
