Laptop battery charge

How long do we charge the battery of the laptop? Is it suitable that we plug-in our charger all the time while our battery is fully charged.

That laptops for years automatically charge the battery properly. If you find advice to the contrary they are likely writing about machines from 10 years ago.

Thank you for your reply but i have heard every lithium battery has a specific number of charges. And after that it will be expired. So in this sense we should not charge and recharge our battery. Rather we will plug it in even we have fully charged.

I couldn't find your question in your reply. But today's laptops handle this automatically. There is a lot of bad advice and you even read where folk remove the battery and place it in cold storage.
That begs the question why did you want a laptop? You removed one of the very nice features.

Is outdated and incorrect. It may be for another reason but a great way to accelerate battery aging.
Again, there's a lot of bad advice out there. When you see such advice without mention of the battery technology such as NiCad, NiMH, LiOn, LiPo and so on you know they are likely duplicating the same old advice without deep research.
