Ok, I did that, and it let me download it. But there's still a problem. Whenever I try to load something that needs Java, it says error, and when I click on the error, it says this:

I think if I take down the firewall that might help, but I don't know how. I also tried to download Google Chrome to see if that would help, and it said I wasn't connected to the internet, which I clearly am. It's confusing. I have a Dell Net book, and I don't know how to restore it to factory settings, which I think would help.
