factory restore on Toshiba NB205..now what??

I did a complete factory restore to the out of box state on my toshiba nb205. The computer completely restarted and goes to screen that says Administrator and Locked. When I click, I get an error that says "your account has been disabled. Please see system administrator." What do I do to unlock my netbook??? Please help!!

But then it was from a prior infection and the factory restore DID NOT TRULY restore and the pest had locked that account.

To fix it we had to wipe the drive and use the RESTORE DVDs that we created after we received the machine.

Some of these pests are truly amazing (and costly!)
