hello, who can help me
I can if I put a CD into the PC with graphics, and then click on Import pictures and videos with windows, then he says this error: there are no new pictures or videos on this device found.
The problem is that I can not import.
Who can help me

I assume this isn't a hardware issue in your netbook, what this forum is about. And if it's another issue it's unclear.

Please repost in http://forums.cnet.com/computer-help-forum/ and give some more details, such as:
- what is your OS (Windows 98, XP, Vista, 7)?
- what kind of pictures are on the CD (jpg, gif, bmp?)
- what exact shortcut or icon do you click on in what program; all we know now is the icon is called "Import pictures and videos with windows", but we don't know where we can find that icon.
- are you sure there are NEW pictures on that CD?
