Laptop under 400 for gaming, supports HDMI for tv streaming?

Hello. I'm a new member to Cnet. I just had a question about gaming laptops. I was looking for a laptop for games such as League of Legends and C&C 4. I am not a hardcore gamer, so I don't need the best stuff. I just would like a dependable laptop I can put a newer game on, finish it and then uninstall later for other games or to just make room.

If possible I would like to keep the price under 400 dollars. Also if it can support HDMI for streaming to tv's that would work also. Thanks in advance!

A bit too low. So will low frame rates be OK?

At the office is a 399 buck Samsung RV515 with AMD video and such but it gets about 20 FPS on Minecraft so it does play games. It's a great laptop but at this low a budget you really should be looking at a game console.
