Gaming Laptop Selection

Ok, well i'm sure most of you are really annoyed with the amount of topics similar to this one. But i just felt the need to create one for myself. Ok well, i've been searching for a gaming laptop recently and so i just wanted to know what do you guys think i should get? I was looking at anything under $1000 and i want to really get the bang out of my buck with it. I'm not to fussy with keyboard size and the little things like that. I just want a laptop that will run every game rather smoothly and efficiently. If you need anymore information just write down what you need and i'll answer the question/s to the best of my ability.

Not one laptop can rival what we can do on a desktop for gaming. Laptops must be a compromise because we can't dissipate 100 Watts from the GPU.

I know what you're saying, the only reason i was looking for a laptop though was because i often end up traveling alot.
