Best Android Tablet with built-in Wimax

Can anyone please guide which is the best tablet with built-in wimax capability at affordable price? And how can I ensure that service available in my country will work with that tablet? ( i.e. any specific configuration or frequencies)

And why WiMax? Why not the system that is in your country?

There are a lot of nice tablets out there but then why get a tablet at all? I'm running into folk that their tablet is left at home because they needed to do some work and got tired of Angry Birds.
