Zeki tablet

I have Zeki table with std ice cream

I did not use my tablet for awhile and when i tried to turn it back on, it was dead. I charged it back up and now i cannot connect to amazon apps, email, etc, etc . It is telling me my profile does not exist.

What do i need to do for this? is there a way to restore what i had before? I went into yahoo and everything is still there. when i go into amazon apps, it just shows a black screen and.............nothing
