Having issues w new Polaroid PMID10C Help me plz!

I bought (3) of the Black Friday 10" Polaroid tablets from Menards. I only opened one - I could surf, check email, download apps, read books on Kindle for Android. Now the wk before Xmas it went to hell. Tried to master reset and made no difference. Their 'Support' is basically non-existant. My sons have now opened their tablets for Christmas and are now all (3) having the same issues. Can't get past 1st page when going online. Can't download any AppStores. Any of the pre-installed apps don't work or can't get online. I have wi-fi signal. I run my laptop 24/7 on it. I've changed the channel on my wireless router and still no difference. Anyone have ANY advice? I'm ready to return all 3 and buy Kindle Paperwhites (all I can afford) but really wanted to have apps, etc.

I've seen that a lot on 99 buck android tablets. They usually work but there is no support. If they break, you find no warranty either. I see you returned them so at least you got out fast.

I think from hearing on the web all the need for help or advice for "brand new" tablets is just a tip of the iceberg. If you have any problems, return it ASAP. There is generally little support or real repairs that can be done. However, if you haven't yet, read the manual, it should explain what it can and can't do, if not there then the support website. If support is non-exsistant then you have a clear view of future problem solving.

Local users have started to bug me and quite frankly, I'm at a loss to explain until I have in hand to test. testing is very minor, and it may include a possible OS update or firmware update provided its even available. More popular tablets seem to be better at this. Generally speaking some of these tablets just aren't made to last and seems more about getting something out there at some cost and very basic apps.

My mistake was thinking Polaroid was a trusted brand. Have not returned them yet. I'm not entirely clueless to OS/firmware, etc. The online manual and paper manual are exactly the same - (1) fold out sheet that says 'on/off', button descriptions, blah blah blah. I had updated all (3) tablets. And I agree just getting something out at any sacrifice to their brand name.

But to be fair the first 1-2 wks I used one of them it worked perfectly! Downloaded and used multiple apps from Amazon AppStore, read multiple books, used multiple widgets. I tested for myself all the programs that would be used on even an occasional basis, both the preinstalled and ones I installed. And they worked fine. Even after I updated the thing! Running Android 4.0 - IceCream Sandwich. So anyone selling their Kindle Fire's yet?
