Hello guys,
I was thinking of totally separating simple phone use (talk + sms) from everything else that people use their phones nowadays for.
That would allow me to use the cheapest Nokia phone for talk + text and use amalgamate in one device my notebook, my car sat-nav and my smartphone. It would also allow me to get a cheap prepaid sim card for 3G internet and use my subscription number only for call and text. The question, therefore, is as follows:
I was thinking of buying a 7" tab, like the Galaxy Tab2. The questions may have an obvious answer (I would suppose it's YES for all of them), but.... better safe than sorry.
1 - If I install a Garmin or Tomtom software on the Tab, will I get the same than a normal sat-nav, ie. camera alerts, especially?
2 - Can I install apps like whatsapp and viber? I know that in the Apple range, some apps are available for the iphones but not for the ipad.
3 - Are there word processing applications that I can use on Android?
Thanks so much, I know they sound a bit silly, but better knowing before comitting to a 200-300 eur expense.
