What kind of gaming can a Clover Trail tablet handle?

I'm planning on purchasing a Windows 8 (full) tablet in the coming months but cannot decide between the Clover Trail Atom cheaper tablets or the more expensive ivy bridge i core devices.
Can anyone here tell me what kind of games Clover Trail can handle? I plan on playing mostly adventure games (for example tales of monkey island and some other point and clicks), Worms and indie games and I have no intention of playing anything like Crysis, Skyrim or Battlefield 3 (I know it can't handle them, I built an i7 PC for them).
I will mostly be using the tablet for watching videos when I am abroad and on planes/trains, browsing the web and remote desktop control of my pc when I am in bed or away from my house. But I also want to play some games on it too.
So what is the most demanding game a Clover Trail tablet can handle? Is buying an i3 Windows 8 tablet overkill for my needs? I was looking at the Acer Iconia W700 but have decided that is too bulky, heavy and the stand is awful so am looking elsewhere for something more practical and maybe I don't need the i3 processing power.
