Best of these tablets for note-taking/all around

I've been recently looking into getting a tablet for class that can fluidly take notes efficiently. I figure since I'm dishing out money for a tablet, I'd like a decent tablet in other media/app areas as well. However, the note taking is the main priority.
Anyway, I've narrowed it down to getting the iPad 3, the new Asus Transformer Infinity(TF700/T), and the upcoming Galaxy Note 10.1.
As far as I know, the Galaxy Note comes with a special Stylus(S-pen) because it has an active digitizer layer apart from the multi-touch display. Also the Galaxy Note seems to sport a dual app display, which would be nice to read PDFs/eBooks while taking notes.
Asus Transformer Infinity looks amazing, HOWEVER, I have not found a single shred of evidence that it can do hand written notes efficiently.
And the iPad 3 is, well, the iPad 3. I know I can pair it something like the wacom bamboo and produce nice notes.
Anyway, sorry for being scattered, guess the main objective is to find the best tablet of the three with a main focus around handwritten notes with high performance. My bias is leaning towards the Transformer and I would definitely get it immediately if I got reassurance it'll do written notes well.
