Changing images in Gallery slideshow

Just bought a Sony Tablet S and I need a little help. I use a cradle which is truly great - highly recommended. When docked I get the option of a really cool clock function or a slideshow viewer. The native device uses Gallery obviously, but can use others (e.g. QuikPics). What I can't work out is how to change the images in the slideshow.

Have found the folder which holds the sample images and added photos to that, but the slideshow still only shows the original sample images. I can't find a "Gallery" folder. Can anyone help?

I have already installed QuickPic, but my issue remains.When the tablet is docked with its cradle, a slideshow should start. It does, but it doesn't contain the images I want. If this is a common issue, perhaps you can point me to another discussion? Many thanks.

Sounds like a bug. They'll have to fix it.

Here I think I could replicate this issue. For example when I plug in a tablet (we are porting apps so we have a dozen tablets here) if I have the tablet set to be a disk drive then it would be proper for the slideshow to not show or possibly start.

Now, do we need a discussion why that is? My question is simpler. Do you think the rush to low cost and no manuals is resulting in a lot of needless calls?
