Avoid EBellking - unless you like losing money for nothing

Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non-existant, reliability is very poor and their returns procedures are absolutely appalling.
I ordered a SmartQ T20 tablet in June and after about 7 days, the device arrived. It became quickly apparent that the device was faulty. I was then asked to return the item at my own cost (£9.50) on the basis that this would be refunded.
After a lengthy delay, a replacement item was eventually shipped out. On receipt, this item had a cracked edge on the plastic bezel. I immediately notified them that I wasn't accepting this item and wanted to cancel my order. The replacement item was returned (again at my expense £6.50).
After a big delay, they agreed and credited my Paypal account with the money - but took £15 off.
I have queried this with them extensively but they REFUSE to answer my email.
It has cost me about £30 and three months to deal with this company and I still have no tablet. As far as I am concerned, this company should not be trading in the UK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
