Kindle Fire Not Cooperating

I have a Kindle Fire that suddenly decided it doesn't want me to use it for the Web. Wireless signal is strong. All other functions work fine, but when I click on Web, it takes me back to the home page. I did the restart process (held down the button for 30 seconds) but it didn't help. Is there anything else I can try, or is it broken?

No, just the wifi at my house. I'll try it somewhere else in the next couple of days and see if I can get on the web there.
