iPad2/3 or Android Tablet?

I'm an Android handset user and I'm looking to buy a tablet. (Experienced somewhat in rooting and system customization) Now, hopefully you guys are the experts since I don't have much experience with a tablet: iPad or Android tablet? If iPad, 2 or the "New iPad" (3)? Please list pros and cons. Thanks guys!

I've encountered a few that try to replace their laptop with the Android or iPad and came away bruised and upset. Those that were OK with such a move were folk that didn't create documents and "work." If you want a great consumer device, tablets are very nice solutions.

If you like the Android system you'll like the Android tablet.
