When I connect my blackberry tablet to my computer (Windows 7) to work with my desktop software - I always get the error message "BlackberryDesktop Software cannot communicate with the connected device". I have updated my tablet twice, reinstalled the software all in an attempt to make a clean sweep. I check the Device Manager and it shows that there are RIM drivers on the Network. My tablet shows that it's connected. The only thing that won't recognise it is the software. What can I be doing wrong? PS Even spoke at length with Blackberry support and they have not come up with a solution. Help, please!
