Samsung Galaxy Tab 7,0 Amazon Pre-orders

I saw in a blurb that Amazon was accepting pre-orders on the soon-to-be-released hyped up Galaxy Tab 7". I went to Samsung's site and liked what I saw. I scooted over to Amazon's pre-order page for the product and popped it onto my Wish List.
Half an hour later decided to go back to the page and see if they were offering accessories. Poof. The pre-order page was gone, and the item was off my wish list. Can anyone tell me anything aboput this?

It can be delayed especially because patent fight

No Samsung galaxy 7.7 in Europe since it conflicts with apple patents and I guess same can happen for USA. Samsung also faces certain technical difficulties, so perhaps we shoul look for Toshiba thrive in December with similar features and screen resolution. However I prefer galaxy since it has infrared transsmitter.
