whats the deal, on the box it says any trouble come to www,augenus.com for help, got this ereader and it doesnt work, can buy any books, it says the store is no longer open, won't connect to WI-FI when it does its slower than Moses, where to get help, anyone.......PLEASE

There are a lot of ereaders to avoid. You may want to try ones from the NAMES such as Amazon (Kindle Fire is nice) and others next time.
