Connecting my ebook

Hi,

Firstly I was so excited to received my ebook for christmas of my darling husband Toby.

At first I did not received a memory card with it so I had problems connecting it to my PC.

Now I have purchased my memory card (My darling husband contacted to manufacturers and they are sending me a memory card.) I am still having the same error "Cannot start communications with the destop computer. Remote Networking could not start due to a critcal error Error 608)

Please reconnect your device. If the broblem persists, restart you device using the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

I have repeated the installation instructions 4 times and I am still receiving the same error. If anyone can offer me some advise it would be greatly appreciated.

I read your post 4 times and never found the make and model of the reader so I'm stumped too.
