Problem with laptop and dock?

Hey it's a simple problem, really, although on all the multiple websites i have posted on, nobody seems to know the answer confused

When i hook up my Dell latitude E3400 to my dell docking system, it loses all wireless connectivity and cannot even search for networks. I am really puzzled because all the dock is supposed to do is to plug my laptop into the big screen cool I know it's not a problem with my wireless because i have other laptops running on it, and when i disconnect my laptop from the dock, it instantly regains wifi! This problem has been bugging me for a long time now. i have searched online, ansked on Y! answers multiple times, gone on other computer forums, but everyone seems to be avoiding my problem. sad

Let's let Dell do their job on this one. The problem many times is we have to forget "what we know" and let the maker fix the machine.
