Memory upgrade: latency or speed?

Hello, I am basically wanting to upgrade my laptop's memory to the maximum spec possible.

Now, I've come across two 4GB packs that I could buy.

One has a speed of 667MHz and latency 4-4-4-12

The other has a speed of 800MHz and latency 5-5-5-15

So I am wondering if memory speed or latency is more important for overall performance.

Other laptop specs:
Currently has 3GB memory after one of my sticks died and I replaced it with a 1GB my friend had.
2.60GHz Core2 Duo
GeForce GT 230M in Hybrid SLI with GeForce 9110M G
Windows 7

While you show the 800 as the right spec, I'd still get it from Crucial since the other dozen specs are more than most will care to check.
