Webcam problem with Toshiba Satellite a505 s6004

I just noticed that my tab opens up my Webcam is gone and I have no idea how to get it back. Can anyone help me? I used to be able to move my mouse pointer to the left edge of the screen and my camera tab would open, but somehow it disappeared! I go through my Start menu and I am not sure what to look for, but I know it is in working condition because I can turn it on through Skype. Any help will be appreciated!!

1. System restore to when it worked.
2. Check Toshiba's web page for your model and install any web cam software and hope.
3. Restore the machine back to it's factory condition and whatever you did to break it, don't do that again.
