1. Does a wired connection behave the same? That's a simple experiment, which shows if it's your wireless setup or the connection to the ISP.
2. Try another channel for the wireless connection.
3. Change your wireless protection to WPA2, if it isn't that yet.
4. Change your wireless password to prevent intruders.

If a wired connection gives the same symptoms ("Connection was reset") it isn't an issue of the wireless connection. That leaves the PC (hardware and OS), router, modem, ISP and everything connecting them.

I'd try another PC/laptop first to see if that gives the same error. That could eliminate a lot of the possible causes.

I googled "CONNECTION WAS RESET".
The first hit was http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/236482-35-connection-reset and that already gave a wide variety of possible causes. I didn't have a look at all the other hits.

The interesting thing is that you couldn't make a wired connection to your router at 192.168.0.1 (assuming you forgot the last dot in your post, and that it's the right address for that router). That points to either your PC, the router or the cable in between as the only possible culprits. Nothing further is involved. Trying that with another PC/laptop clearly tells you if it's the router (try another one then) or the PC (either hardware or software). So that was a very nice experiment.

But I don't get how you could change your channel in #2 and the wireless password in your router in #4 if you can't access the router in #3. Your diagnostics really must become better to locate the issue.

The reasons listed in Chrome include a security issue with the site. So, turned of all addons, extensions, ssl and tsl. With everything turned off in FF/Aurora, got the page I was having problems with, actually the enter page. Selected the English site, same problem, as usual. Then selected the Spanish version, no problem, comes up every time. Checked the page source, the code is in English, the only thing not in English is the content. Keywords, description, etc.

Tired in IE Chrome, same problem.

I use Win 7 64 bit, with IE9, Chrome (what ever the latest is), FireFox and Aurora.

There are a few sites I cannot get to come up. All at least once, now not at all. Same answer every time, connection reset while page was loading. ARGH.

Could it be security software, like AVG? mmm. Will let you know shortly.
