Hello everybody, I am trying to connect my laptop so my Sony HiFi system via 3,5mm to 2 RCA cable into Aux In Jack on the stereo,and it only plays one speaker, the other is just buzzing... Then I connect RCA cables(red and black) in reverse, other speaker starts to play, but still the other doesn't work. When I connect my phone this way to stereo system, both speakers play perfectly. And headphones plugged into computer play good(both ears). So anybody can help me? Why does only one speaker in stereo system works, when connected to laptop? 
P.S. I changes RCA cable several times.

So I'm going with a bad jack. Because repair can be too high for most we offer an USB sound replacement. Our tech has something like this handy (you can find these all over.)

That's 3 or less bucks for a thing like that.

But how audio jack can be broken if i can plug in headphones and i clearly hear both channels? :/

It does not connect or function with your apparently good cable. So some contact works with headset but not with this cable. Repair is usually not an option. So we use the 3 buck fix.
If your cable is no good, it's no good. Some folk can't test the cables.

but still how jack could work with headphones and don't work with cable, if the plugs are the same standart, size, and both are stereo 3,5mm plugs(cable and headphones)?

If the jack is on the hairy edge of working, then that's it. Remember we accepted that your new cable was good, properly made but if it was not, then that's it. But since a repair counter costs so much we carry the 3 dollar quick fix for laptop audio issues with us.

I'm pretty sure the cable is good, but what you mean by saying jack is on the haury edge of working? Sorry, but english is not my native language. :/ Anyway, thanks for help.

Let's say the jack works with a 3.5mm round shaft. And your new cable shaft is 3.4999mm and for some odd reason it does not connect unless the diameter is 0.0001mm bigger.
I'm sure there's a repair counter that will fix this but I bet the usual 3 buck USB thing will be 50 times cheaper. Your choice.

Is the jack pushed all the way in? Some can't plug it all the way.
