ACER Aspire 4730z Keyboard & Touchpad not working. pls help!

My laptop acer 4730z keyboard and touchpad not working.
I installed windows 7, all drivers are updated.
after 1 week of using it keyboard & touchpad suddenly stop working. I try to access cmos setup but still the keyboard not functioning and also tried fn+f7 but failed. I also update the bios with 2.22 , what should I do? please help me! thanks!

I see in the welcome thread a book with pictures about unplugging and plugging in a laptop keyboard. Why not try that?

Also, did you try some USB keyboard and mouse?
