Laptop closing after heatsink change

Hello!
Ok ... I have a problem I dont know what to do with
I have a Aspire 5737z that was overheating
So I got a new fan / heatsink , followed the service guide to change it ( first time i was messing with a laptop .. helluva pain hehe )
Cleaned CPU off of old thermal grease with alchool 70% and lintfree cloth before applying new one and putting the new fan/heatsink
.... I didnt know laptop had thermal grease on video card too but i noticed there was so I did the same as for the CPU. which may be my problem now, i dunno ...
Laptop is starting!
I monitor the temperature , its fine .. around 40-50 degree now .. open skype , firefox .. temp stay good, check dxdiag and everything seem fine there
now i try to open something that need more ressource ( Blender, 3D modeling software ) .. OUCH, the laptop just shutdown ... same for games or anything a lil ressource-taking
I monitored the temp during the opening of those and it dont get up abnormally .. same for RAM
After it close like this i must wait a while before trying to open the laptop again otherwise the laptop wont even make it fully started before shutting down
I go in bios to see if everything is well detected and everything seem fine but one thing:
Video memory: 64mb
its like my video card memory is gone ?
Did i messed up the graphic card by cleaning it with alchool and applying new thermal grease to it like a CPU ?
can it be the cause of my problem ?
What should I try ?
Thanks for your help
