This error means the BIOS thinks the hard disk is not bootable. So get your Windows 7 DVD and go into Startup repair.

My laptop is pre installed window 7. So i don't have a window 7 disk.

Then Lenovo may have built some repair options into the system recovery options you get if you boot from the recovery partition. Or they didn't, and then all you can do with system recovery is bringing the whole system back to factory conditions (which means: you lose everything you didn't backup first).
All I can say: check the manual or look at Lenovo's support site for what you can do with their software.
It might be easier to find someone who has a Windows 7 disk and use that for the repair. And I don't exclude the repair can be done with the free Windows 7 trial from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/cc442495.aspx also. Just download the iso-file, burn it to DVD, boot from that DVD and see what happens.

Took a while to download, after i did it i run startup repair and it scanned and says the hard disk is giving problem. Then i tried to install the Window 7 enterprise thinking i will be able to use it at least till the trail ends. But when i click my hard disk to install, it says
Windows cannot install to this disk. This computer hardware may not support booting in this disk. Ensure that the disk controller is enable in the computer's bios menu.
Love that Enterprise.

Now head back to the company and have the IT staff fix that machine.
