laptop reboot issues, hp windows 7

My laptop has been running a bit slow lately, so I fragmented it then turned it off for the night. The next day I turned on my laptop it was acting weird and didn't immediately start up. When it turned on it opened as a system reboot and asked me which operation system I'd like to run. I haven't clicked anything or turned it off what should I do?

What operating systems are listed?

I had a friend with a similar issue and they had forgotten they had some USB stick with Linux on it and it was as simple as unplugging that!
