Wouldn't a reload back to the factory load fix this?

I know many won't do this but here's the UGLY TRUTH. These machines are not supplied with a full Windows DVD or the usual repair tools for the OS. Sometimes SFC works, sometimes it is removed.

And then we have Toshiba's TVAP software (please google that.) Some owners in a wild fit of trying to get rid of BLOATWARE will break the system by removing some little app that turns on or off a video card or wifi. Since no maker is documenting exactly what is needed to run the system, I'm having to restore to the factory load to sniff out if it is hardware or a dinged up OS.

But I didn't tell one thing. I often can avoid wiping out a customer's HDD because I slip in another HDD. Remember we only do that when paid to.

While we know this is one hot system and "card" (is that a card or just chips on the mainboard?) we still have one more trick.

Try the old generic reset. Power down, remove AC, remove battery, then press and hold the power button for 60 seconds. Release, slip in battery, apply AC and retest.

Hy , it is a video chip problem , your chip is the fault , you'll need to get to a notebook service like this one : www.servicelaptop.net , to repair your video card , or you can change it with a new one. It's your choice
