laptop trouble shoot error massage

when i switch on the laptop it gives the maessage that boot up process doesnt exit upon memory test it say ok but upon harddisk test it says does no exit but after several attempys it then boots up and work but keep on freezing.

Try this. Post the message, make, model and OS with more detail.

Put the error in "quotes."
