Toshiba Keyboard MASSIVE dysfunction

Hello,

since a week already my keyboard seems to have gone mad. It is making dots (.) in front of any other keystroke, at a ratio of 10-40% (differences seem random, though the more I use the keyboard, the worse it gets). The problems manifests itself especially when i hold the shift, backspace and arrow keys. This is what it looks like without me correcting every single word:

Too many causes.

I've replaced keyboards, installed the OS again to fix this one. I can't tell which to do given such a light story. I'd do my 6 month laptop cleaning (canned air, etc.) and hope it's just dust.
